Pet Friendly Flagler County

Many people moving to Florida are looking to increase their quality of life by moving to a state that has great weather, excellent educational opportunities, a lower cost of living, no state income tax, arts & culture, and bountiful recreation. We have it all in Flagler County! Living the “Florida Lifestyle” also can include spending recreational time with your pets, further increasing intrinsic happiness.

As dog lovers, we are thrilled to live in such a dog friendly community! Flagler Beach offers dog friendly beaches north of N 10th Street and south of S 10th Street as long as they’re on a leash and they are picked up after. Most restaurants with patios will allow dogs to dine by their owners side and are happy to offer a dish of cool water for our four-legged friends.

Some Florida State Parks are pet friendly, always check www.floridastateparks.org before heading out. Many Flagler County parks are also pet friendly Flagler County Parks offering numerous opportunities for fun and frolicking with Fido! Personal favorites include Princess Place Preserve, River to Sea Preserve at Marineland, Haw Creek Preserve, and Bing’s Landing.

We’ve written before about the great outdoors on our blog and we are a little obsessed with being outside and who can blame us? It’s just part of living the Florida lifestyle. At RE/MAX Flagstaff our dedicated REALTORS® are driven to serve you and are committed to success. Please let us know how we can assist you with your real estate needs. Call us at (386) 246-8585.
